In a world of conflict, injustice and poverty, ZOA offers support to people suffering from armed conflicts and natural disasters. Through long-term commitment, from emergency aid to reconstruction, ZOA helps people regardless of race, gender, origin, religion or age.

The client asked us to support them in crafting up a digital transformation strategy with the ultimate goal to increase the impact their international aid programmes have.

We worked with the Dutch management (CFO) to develop an innovation roadmap, team structure and clear deliverables. We assisted during partner selection, negotiation and led the scrum teams implementing the new solutions.

Deliverables: Replace old CRM platform with Salesforce in 3 sprints of 3 weeks, train employees.
